My wife and I just had a our pool completed. We couldn't be happier with the job that Dolphin did for us. We interviewed 4 pool firms in the Valley before we settled on Dolphin. Drew was our sales representative and was always there throughout the design and construction process. He even offered to personally help us change out our filters this fall. Awesome customer service. Would recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Dolphin Pools, which consisted of an inground pool, front yard, and back yard landscaping. Making this more challenging for Dolphin Pools was that we had not owned a pool before and we were not present at the property about 95% of the time due to family obligations out of state. We found Dolphin Pools to be trustworthy and truthful, which was crucial given our circumstances. Dustin was our designer and he impressively took our obscure thoughts and converted them into an initial design that we did not even need to modify. Since this was our first pool, we needed someone who was patient and could explain everything about pools and Dolphin's equipment to us. I can't adequately describe how perfectly Dustin did this for us. He was always available to answer (many redundant) questions and never seemed rushed when helping us. During construction, Adam became our POC and he was equally patient and knowledgable. Through Adam and Dolphin's office staff, we were kept informed regarding construction scheduling. Because of our extended absences, this was essential and during a few occasions Dolphin modified their schedule to accommodate our travels. The few post-construction issues we had have been handled , promptly and without any resistance. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dolphin Pools. From design to post-construction warranty items, they have been responsive, professional, friendly and honest.

We had a fantastic experience with Dolphin Pools from start to finish. Chris Manno in sales was awesome to work with. He took the time to understand what we wanted, guided us in the right direction, and helped us build our dream pool while making sure we spent our money wisely. Nick Manno was outstanding on-site, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the construction process. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the quality of the project and keeping things on track. Jake Wozniak was always just a phone call away whenever we had questions. No matter what came up, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help us understand the process. The entire Dolphin Pools team made what could have been a stressful project an enjoyable experience. They truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Dolphin Pools is the only pool builder I will ever use, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool.

Can’t say enough about Dolphin Pools and Jake Wozniak. Everything has been on schedule thanks to their coordinated efforts. They’ve been upfront and transparent about their work and even with some hurdles we’ve had to overcome. The communication has been excellent and although our pool is still in the build phase, I can’t say enough of our satisfaction with this team so far. If you need a pool call and ask for Jake, you won’t be disappointed.

I have never built a pool before so I had 3 companies initially come out to answer questions, explain their process, and quote my pool, pergola, and fire pit. After meeting with 3 different pool companies, I felt most comfortable with Dustin Parker and Dolphin Pools. Dustin was able to model the exact backyard plan that I was looking for at a reasonable price. The coordination of multiple projects including my pool, pergola, fire pit and landscaping were well communicated and carried out by Jake Wozniak. I have been impressed by the speed of the project completion as well.

We were nervous about building a pool since it was our first pool, so we did a lot of research and met with many builders. We are very glad we chose to work with Dolphin Pools. From start to finish, the entire process exceeded our expectations. Our salesman, Isaac Crouch, was fantastic and was always ready to help through the end of the build. He was knowledgeable, honest, and helped us design a pool that was perfect for our family and our backyard. Jake Wozniak, Adam Fish, and Brenda Alcott all did an amazing job keeping the project moving forward and making sure everything stayed on track. We loved that the team was incredibly organized and responsive, keeping us informed throughout the process and making everything feel seamless. We were very impressed by the excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail from everyone involved. The team genuinely cared about delivering a great experience and a beautiful finished product. If you're looking for a pool builder in Arizona, we highly recommend Dolphin Pools. Thank you to Isaac, Jake, Adam, Brenda and the entire Dolphin team for making our dream pool a reality!
