If a customer detects any verifiable defects and wishes to seek warranty coverage, they must communicate it in writing to the company through the dealer within 30 days of the dealer receiving the written notification of the alleged defect. The labor warranty is applicable for 30 days after the product is delivered, and the parts warranty period is 24 months after delivery.
